the Domino effect...
In an interesting move, my company has decided to give out a set of dominoes to certain levels. When you feel someone has done something good or want to reward them, you give them a domino... that person can then pay it forward to someone else when they've done something good or should be rewarded... and so on... and so on... does this make sense to anyone? anyways, this morning i received a double-6... woo hoo... now i just need 27 more to actually be able to play a game. =P

a complete set, yes - that is, of course, if you're expecting to keep GETTING dominoes, and never to GIVE anyone any...! Are things that bad at Deloitte - or is Jay just that good???!

I think my goal right now is to get everyone's double-6... then NO one can play... cuz who the heck is going to be able to collect all those dominoes without giving some away too???

Once you've built a magnificent collection, you should display it arrogantly on your desk in some elaborate arrangement.
Whenever you know someone is coming to chat about something substantial, even your boss, have one of the dominos ready in your hands, subtly visible.
During conversation, glance at your arrangement once in a while, and in the back of your mind think of a good place to put the loose domino.
At the end of the chat, as the person is walking away but is barely still in audible range, slap the domino into its place.
