Hmmmm...

Saying you want to do something and promising to do something are two different things, right? Well, if that thing doesn't happen, whether it's due to various factors or your own control, then I guess when it comes to expectations of the other person, it's irrelevant. You lose either way, no matter what your intentions. Sigh.
