Movie Review: No Country for Old Men

This won the Oscar? Really? Wow… Well, I guess it’s a pretty typical Oscar movie these days… slow… very very slow at times… a lot of violence, and twists and turns and plot twists no one likes or understands… oh, and an abrupt ending that leaves a lot of lose ends… hmph… Javier Bardem was pretty creepy… and Tommy Lee Jones wasn’t in the movie much… I’m not sure how this movie got the momentum it did, but I guess it wasn’t that bad overall… if you can sit all the way through it without falling asleep! But it definitely doesn’t appeal to the regular movie watcher… not even me… and I like the occasional weird movie… (3/10).
