Don't go chasing waterfalls...

It's nice being in Niagara Falls... after a couple rounds of golf at two great courses (Royal Niagara and Beechwood), I ended up with a nice $220 profit at the casino after a mere hour at the blackjack table last nite... hopefully my luck will continue as the week goes on, but who knows... Thanks to Kels & Brian for coming down on Sunday!

Doug hosted his annual bbq on Saturday today at his place... a CMA that's a great cook... who knew? Anyways, the man makes one mean bbq curry chicken...

Random TV thought- how in the heck do they expect That 70's Show to continue on without Topher Grace (Eric) and Ashton (Kelso)?? Doesn't make any sense to me... you can't just take out the main character and the key supporting character and expect it to work... well, the show's been dying the last couple years anyways, i guess... sigh... a sad ending to a show that used to be so darn funny.

NBA Draft thoughts - The Toronto Raptors chose Charlie Villeneuva last week in a disappointing draft... Not that i'm saying Charlie won't turn out to be a great player, but if this is the guy they were going to pick, I'm not sure why you wouldn't want to do the trade for Jamal Magloire. I'd certainly rather have Magloire than Villeneuva. At worst, they could have picked someone of value and traded that player for somebody they'd actually need. Joey Graham and Roko Ukic sound like good picks, but we'll see. I've already heard a lot of negative comments on Graham, but the draft these days is somewhat of a crapshoot anyways. Rob Babcock still has a lot of work to do this summer, including buying out Jalen Rose's contract, and trading the Williams-s, MoPete and Lamond Murray. It's time to start fresh with useful players that will play ball the way Sam Mitchell wants them to.

If you're in class or training and are super-tired, do you think it's better to fall asleep in the class, or to leave and fall asleep elsewhere? I did both yesterday, but can't decide which one was worse... =P
