back on the no-gravy train...
So today marks the re-start of the diet... woohoo! just in time for busy season at work!
So here's what's happening the next six weeks or so:
- weekdays - waking up at 6am (?!)...
- 30 min cardio - MWF
- upperbody/core mini-workout - TR
- breakfast - one of: granola bar, oatmeal or fruit
- 6 healthy lunches/dinners on weekdays a week
- 4 somewhat healthy lunches/dinners on weekdays a week
- for every 1 not so healthy meals, subtract two somewhats, and add one healthy meal...
- total calories per day - somewhere between 1000 to 1500 not including the not-so-healthy meal days
- total fat per day - 25-50g of fat per day... no transfat, less than 10g saturated fats
- total protein per day - at least 35g per day...
- Vitamin C supplements
- Tuesday night Multi-Sport
- No eating after 8:30pm
- daytime snacks allowed: Crispy Minis, low-fat crackers, fruits & veggies, low-fat pretzels, nuts (almonds)
- nightime snacks allowed: same as daytime, peanut butter, occasional junk (within reason)...
- for any weekday criteria not met, must replace with a weekend...
Hopefully this will not only get the weight back down to November weight, but also improve energy level, and get me a bit back in shape, as definitely been very very lazy lately!

I see you have borrowed the Bridget Jones style of blogging today. Very succinct. However, I didn't see anything about a bed time on the list.

bed time is flexible... depends on what i'm doing in the evening, and how tired i am... =P
